High-temperature nickel alloys.
UMF also fabricates high-temperature nickel alloys for gas turbine OEMs and their aftermarket supply chains, and has for decades. Weld procedures are qualified per alloy, GTAW is back-gas purged, and each job carries the documentation the program specifies.
Inconel & Hastelloy
Sheet, plate, and weldments in Inconel 625, 718, X-750, and 671; Hastelloy X and C-276; Monel 400; and L605. Welded by AWS-certified welders under qualified procedures, with heat and lot traceability on every part.
Material traceability, mill cert through CMM report.
Heat and lot numbers are recorded at receiving and tracked through every operation in Fulcrum ERP. Parts are lot-etched at the fiber laser during the first cut. Each shipment includes a single PDF certification package: mill cert, weld procedure records, dimensional inspection, and CMM data.
