Documentation sequence, raw stock to shipment.
Every job runs through Fulcrum ERP. Heat numbers are captured at receiving, lot numbers are laser-etched at the first cut, and jobs do not ship without a complete certification package.
Raw Material Received
Mill cert captured and logged to the job. Heat and lot numbers recorded in Fulcrum ERP at intake. Material verified against print callout before processing.
In-Process Tracking
Lot number etched at the 6 kW fiber laser, in-line, or tagged at each operation. No unmarked parts in process.
CMM Inspection
Dimensional report generated on the Keyence XM-5000 optical CMM to ±0.0005″. Critical features verified before release from inspection. Visual weld inspection to AWS standards.
Shipped with Full Package
Certs, CMM inspection report, traceability log, and material documentation ship with every order.
Inspection equipment.
Dimensional inspection is performed in-house on a Keyence XM-5000 optical CMM: ±0.0005″ accuracy over a ~3-meter measurement envelope. Visual weld inspection is performed in-house to AWS standards. With lot-etching applied at the first cut, each part carries a documented chain of custody from material receipt to shipment.
Program requirements by industry.
Audit-ready documentation.
SAM.gov registered; CMMC Level 1 in process; veteran-owned. Each shipment includes mill certs, heat/lot records, CMM reports, and weld inspection records, generated during the job rather than assembled afterward.
Approved program supplier. Nickel-alloy capable.
AWS-certified welding in Inconel, Hastelloy, and stainless. CMM inspection to ±0.0005″. P28A-AL-0002 audited and compliant (GE Supplier # 102626). Parts arrive dimensionally verified with documentation for receiving inspection.
Serialized per-part traceability.
Per-part CMM documentation and serialized records. Any part can be traced to the heat number of its raw stock.
